​After therapy for a foot injury, I needed a next step but I hated exercise. I was referred to Barbell Fitness by my physical therapist. I met Wyatt and worked with him for 1 year. Wyatt met and exceeded my expectations of myself and personal training! 5.5% body fat loss, 25-pound bodyweight loss, 7 inches off my waist. My before and after pictures were night and day. Barbell Fitness trainers are the best in town. Could not have done it without them!

Wyatt met me where I was at. I knew nothing about fitness or nutrition. He listened to my needs and helped me achieve my goals. I have been training using the programs he made me ever since. He makes you feel comfortable and confident in the gym and made training a part of my lifestyle.
